It's totally natural to be curious and want to have a better understanding of why you had the dream you had last night. But over the years I have noticed that the pursuit of meaning from our dreams can sometimes serve to keep us blocked from the amazing gifts they have to offer us. That's why I recommend that instead of asking what your dreams mean, the first thing you should ask yourself is how did my dream make me feel?
Check out my video below to learn more about why I think we should stop asking what our dreams mean---and what to explore instead. I'm also really excited to announce that I'll be hosting The Dream Circle, online AND in-person in New Orleans for folks who are interested in a closed, once a month container to explore their dreams more deeply.
