• Bad Dream, Good Medicine: An Online Workshop to Alchemize Nightmares

April 10th, 5:30pm CT with Kezia Vida

A practical guide for using your bad dreams to heal & grow.

Your bad dreams do not come to cause you harm.

Your dreams bring you into contact with feelings and experiences that you have suppressed, denied, judged, exiled, ignored, and avoided. This contact is not meant to hurt you, but rather to allow you to be more fully present and aware of the complexities of your heart and your soul so you can walk in greater alignment with your truth.

  • Moving into Wholeness

    Saturday, May 31, 2025 9:30am to 5pm

A day of reflection, dreamwork and gentle movement
with Keren Vishny and Ann Shine Duck
at Lake Street Church, 1450 Chicago Ave, Evanston Illinois.

Join a respectful, nonjudgmental community of individuals as we take time out from the fast
pace of daily living to reconnect with ourselves and each other. Atuning to the rhythms of late
spring, we’ll drop into slow-time. We’ll draw on exercises and contemplative practices from
Natural Dreamwork, BodySoul Rhythms and NARM traditions to align with the rhythms of body
    and dream.

  • Reclaiming the Bones: Descent and Return

    September 14 - 19, 2025

A Retreat for Women with Sheila Langston and Keren Vishny
at The Christine Center, Willard, WI

We invite you to an experience of soul time, to attend to the whispers of the depths. With the ancient myth of Demeter and Persephone as a guide, we will explore the cycles of abduction, transformation and return that each of us is called to endure.  How do we meet and make meaning of these descents and returns in our own lives?  As we connect to bone strength we expand our capacity to live in our wholeness, and to value these cycles.  Dreams, art and voice will support our embodied explorations as we move, express and play together in an environment of great natural beauty.
