Cara Angela Liguori is a certified Somatic Practitioner, Movement Educator for adults and infants through the School for BodyMind Centering®, Natural Dreamwork Practitioner, writer and dancer practicing in NYC. Cara has gained much personal clarity, agency, direction, and freedom from exploring her own dreams with Keren Vishny and the Natural Dreamwork community since early 2019. She knows intimately the value of being reconnected to her inner wisdom and inspiration through her dreams. As a result, Cara passionately engages her dreamwork clients in embodied explorations, deep listening, and guided meditations to support their processes of self-inquiry and personal growth that are being catalyzed by the images and feelings brought to them through the nightly theater of their dreams. 

Cara brings an empathic and grounded energy to her sessions while her background as an artist allows her to be creative and playfully experimental as a dream guide. She likes to engage her clients with imaginative, personally tailored homework assignments to keep their processes alive between meetings. 

Cara is enthusiastic about working with diverse clients from around the globe. Her approach is trauma-informed, social justice-oriented, and queer and trans-inclusive.
