Deeply Dive Into Your Subconscious at the 2nd Annual Dream Caravan

Discover the Dreamy, Eye-Opening, and Rejuvenating Dream Caravan—that just might be the most unique event in New Orleans right now

The Dream Caravan is back in New Orleans after a hugely successful inaugural year, taking over the Arts Estuary, 1024 Esplanade on Sunday, December 4th from 11:30 am to 7pm. This year’s event is streamlined, offering a spectrum of intensive dream focused workshops, including one led by a student of the celebrated Jungian dream analyst Marion Woodman. The event then progresses into a nourishing evening celebrating dream-inspired arts, including an all-star poetry reading featuring the internationally recognized and award-winning Nigerian poet Niyi Osundare. A hypnotic musical set by the popular local band Fever Dreams, who recently produced an album in New Orleans based on dream experiences, will close out the event.

Participants are encouraged to bring their dreams to the Caravan, as trained dreamworkers will be on hand to provide free, private dream consultations throughout the day. Talented practitioners will also be on hand throughout offering services like Reiki, intuitive bodywork, and tarot, while an exciting group of vendors like Gypsi Jars and the New Orleans School of Esoteric Arts will be selling their spiritually inclined wares. The creative duo behind Black Swan Food Experience will be offering their delicious Creole-Thai-Caribbean plates.

Is there any other event in New Orleans where you attend a workshop on using dreams to overcome addiction, sit in an intimate gongfu style tea ceremony, and then drift off as you are led on a trance-like shamanic dream journey? As New Orleans continues to rise in prominence as one of the go-to destinations for spiritual and metaphysical exploration, the Dream Caravan is again attracting participants from all across the country, including Colorado, Chicago, Vermont, and New York. This intimate event invites attendees on a journey of inner reflection and depth, while celebrating the creative, inspirational, playful, and transformative facets of the dream you had last night.
