Do you wake up from your dreams and wonder, “What was that all about?”
Do you sense that your dreams have a deeper unexplored meaning?
Do you feel curious and perhaps a little fear about what you’ll discover?
Do you have a curiosity to learn more about these nightly messages?
If so, then this practical and informative introduction into the meaning and intention of our dreams is for you. As unique as our fingerprints, as personal as our DNA, are our dreams, because they change and grow as we change and grow. A dream is a nightly communication, so very personal, individually tailored for each of us. Our dreams can be loving, terrifying, and laugh out loud funny. They all come with the intention to heal those parts of ourselves that have been wounded and to remind us that we all have inner love and support. Our dreams reflect the state of both our outer life and our inner life and help us understand where they are not in alignment. They want us to re-connect with something that we have lost and that ‘something’ varies for each of us. For some, it may mean a desire for more wholeness, to simply be more aware and happier in life. For others it may be to have better and more meaningful relationships. Understanding our dreams can also be a support for a current spiritual practice, or a practice in itself, deepening the connection with our true self.
